Leadership Summit

March 13-15, 2025

We are so excited for this year’s Leadership Summit! This year we have an incredible lineup of speakers, including the Assemblies of God National Superintendent, Doug Clay! We want to encourage all pastors and leaders to attend. This year, Leadership Summit will, once again, be at the affordable cost of $60 for the entire weekend.

Register as soon as you can! Spots are limited at LMRC and when they fill up you will have to reserve lodging at local hotels. We ask that if you live within 45 minutes of Lake Maurer Retreat Center, that you would please drive in every day so we can leave space for those traveling a longer distance. This Leadership Summit will be impactful and inspiring  for all leaders, so we encourage you to invite your team members to this year’s Leadership Summit!

Doug Clay - Keynote Speaker and Pastors Track

Doug Clay is the Superintendent of the AG. Clay was elected chief executive officer of the General Council of the Assemblies of God at the 57th General Council in August, 2017. Prior to this position, Clay served at as general treasurer for nine years. He was superintendent of the Ohio District from 2004-2008, as well as pastor at Calvary Assembly of God in Toledo, Ohio, from 1997-2004. Clay was also the national youth director, Ohio District youth director, and a youth pastor in Ohio and Iowa. 

Austin Westlake - Youth Track

Austin Westlake is the National Director of Student Discipleship. Westlake prioritizes winning, building, and sending the next generation of AG students. Before his role at the National Office, Westlake and his wife, Lauren, were youth pastors at Sheffield Family Life Center in Kansas City, Missouri. He also served as Southern Missouri’s District Youth Director for nearly four years. 

Zach Preston- Kids Track

Zach Preston is the Michigan Kidmin Director. Preston is a kids evangelist whose creative and engaging experiences are Spirit filled and Jesus focused. As one of the best kidmin directors of our nation, Preston has a passion for kids ministry and has a vision to train leaders and empower children.
