Leadership Summit

March 12-14, 2026

In March 2026 the Next Gen Leadership Summit is back! We are excited to gather with Youth and Kids workers from across our network to have a time of fun, fellowship, worship, learning and growing together.

Our theme this year is “Welcome Home.” Home is where your family is, home is where you can be yourself, home is where you feel loved and valued, home is where the most valuable lessons are learned, home is a safe place. You hear it in quotes all the time “Home is where the heart is” or “There is no place like home” or “Home is not a place it’s a feeling.” Well, we believe all that to be true, and with NOMO NextGen we want our kids and youth leaders to feel like this is home. A safe place, where their brothers and sisters are, that understand the challenges they face and the victories they accomplish. In 2026, we want to recenter on the motto that we have lived by for almost a decade “we are better together.” So come home on March 12-14, 2026. Stop trying to do this thing called Next Gen Ministry alone, you don’t have to. We are truly Better Together.
